Share a BOQ with your client: password-protected read-only links
Instead of emailing a PDF every revision, send a live link that always shows the latest BOQ — without your rate analyses or profit build-up.

Static PDFs go out of date the moment a drawing changes. A client link shows the current version every time it is opened.
Create a link
Open File → Share with client (or ↗ Share in the toolbar):
- add a label for yourself ("For the owner", "For the bank");
- optionally set a password;
- choose whether the client sees rates and amounts or quantities only;
- choose when the link expires — 7, 30, 90 or 365 days, or never.
Copy the link or send it straight to WhatsApp.
What the client sees
- the project name, client, location, zone and revision;
- the clean bill of quantities grouped by section, with bold text preserved;
- the final total in figures and words.
They never see rate analyses, PWD item numbers, the material requisition, or your profit and overhead build-up. Section headings you have hidden stay hidden.
Revoke any time
Every link lists its view count. Revoke stops it immediately.
Guest projects
A link to a guest project stops working if your browser's data is cleared, because the project itself disappears. Create a free account before sharing important BOQs.
